To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food when his Department's document "The Farmers Guide to the Planning System" will be published; and if he will make a statement.

I hope that this guide, which my Department is preparing in association with the Department of the Environment and the Welsh Office, will be published in January.
