§ Mr. MellorThe ministerial group on women's issues, which is chaired by my hon. Friend the Member for Oxford (Mr. Patten), Minister of State, Home Office and on which my hon. Friend the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Health is considering children's day care and women's employment. Dr. Cohen's report, "Caring for children—services and policies for Childcare and Equal Opportunities in the United Kingdom", which contains recommendations of interest to several Government Departments, is being considered in that context.
