§ Mr. BellinghamTo ask the Secretary of State for Education and Science, in the light of the recent launch of a specially designed safety air flow cap for detachable pen tops, what criteria he plans to recommend to chief education officers over the use of such products.
§ Mr. DunnThe Department's letter of 21 March to chief education officers, a copy of which has been placed in the Library, gives advice on various types of pen top and takes into account recent and imminent developments as reported to the Department.
