Mr. Kirkwood

To ask the Attorney-General if he will list in theOfficial Report the general public statutes and law reports made available to county court judges.

The Attorney-General

On appointment, all circuit judges are invited to select one of the following to be provided for their personal use: "All England Law Reports", "Weekly Law Reports", "Criminal Appeal Reports", "Family Law Reports". Copies of public general Acts are supplied to judges on request.

"Halsbury's Laws of England" and "Halsbury's Statutes" are available to principal county courts, together with the "All England Law Reports", the "Weekly Law Reports" and the "Law Reports". Either the "All England Law Reports" or the "Weekly Law Reports" are available to smaller county courts provided that sittings are sufficiently frequent.
