To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) how many buildings Canary wharf will consist of; and how many square feet of space each will have:

(2) what are the heights proposed for the major buildings envisaged at Canary wharf.

Mr. Trippier

There will be about 26 buildings of varying sizes totalling 12.2 million sq ft. The main tower will be about 800 ft high and the approved height of the other two towers is up to 690 ft.
