§ Mr. FreemanThe principal need is for land for "dry" training, that is training without the use of live ammunition. It is Ministry of Defence policy to seek to acquire such land in any suitable area but preferably where this will allow us to extend existing training areas if and when adjoining land becomes available for purchase.
