§ Ms. WalleyTo ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will take steps to alert all visitors to Towyn that the Sandbank road crossing is unsafe for pedestrians and therefore a danger to the public; and if he will make it his policy to advise such visitors to avoid this area until such time as British Rail erects a pedestrian bridge.
