§ The Prime MinisterRecruitment schemes for which the Civil Service Commissioners are responsible have to be sufficiently publicised to the satisfaction of the commissioners. Normal practice is for these schemes to be advertised in the national press or appropriate professional publications. The information sent to applicants indicates whether security requirements apply to a particular scheme.
