§ Mrs. ChalkerIf these plans come to fruition, the Governments of the United Kingdom, Federal Republic of Germany and Netherlands will ensure that appropriate safeguards procedures are applied at any facility constructed in the United States pursuant to article VII of the treaty of Almelo.
