§ Mr. Peter BottomleyAction to reduce the risk of air misses in United Kingdom airspace is a matter for the Civil Aviation Authority. The authority is wholly responsible for aviation regulation and (with the Ministry of Defence) for air traffic management in the United Kingdom. I draw my hon.
