§ Mr. SainsburyOrders will be placed later today with Richards Shipbuilders Ltd. for a range mooring vessel and with McTay Marine for two powered mooring lighters. Upon completion, these vessels will enter service with the Royal Maritime Auxiliary Service. I am pleased that it has been possible to conclude the contracts for the three vessels at prices significantly lower than the total of about £10 million originally budgeted for them in 1985–86.
