To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if, pursuant to his answers of 25 March,Official Report, column 241, 28 March, Official Report, column 314, and 31 March, Official Report, column 700, he will outline the policy considerations which underlie his statements that it is not the practice to comment on matters such as the legal authority under which a bug was placed in the hayshed in which Michael Tighe was killed.
