To ask the Secretary of State for Defence pursuant to his answer to the hon. Member for Carrick, Cumnock and Doon Valley (Mr. Foulkes) of 8 February,Official Report, column 81, whether the regulations controlling the use of Army vehicles on public roads in the hours of darkness without lights also apply to vehicles belonging to United States military forces stationed in the United Kingdom.
