Mr. Hunter

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will list current development projects in Angola for which United Kingdom national, Commonwealth or European Community assistance is given; what is the value of that assistance; and if he will specify the means or agencies through which assistance is given.

Mr. Chris Patten

About half our bilateral programme to Angola is devoted to the provision of training in Britain. Within Angola we are currently supporting the following Government projects:
