§ Mr. PortilloI have no knowledge of any contact at ministerial level with representatives of any of these companies. Civil servants in the Department had contacts with M. Forsyth Associates in 1983 and 1984 concerning routine national insurance contributions matters. There may have been other contacts with any of the companies on routine social security business during the five years, but no details are available.
