§ Mr. NichollsWhen the spraying of lime and other potentially dangerous substances in residential areas is carried out as part of a work activity it is subject to the general requirements of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 and, in the case of pesticides, the Control of Pesticides Regulations 1986.
