§ Mr. Douglas HoggI have received five letters from Messrs. Burton Copeland dated respectively 15 and 28 January, 4 and 18 February and 17 March. All were delivered within a few days of posting. They were all acknowledged on receipt, and a substantive reply was sent on 20 April. I very much regret they were not answered sooner.
