§ 27. Mr. Spearing
To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment what consultations he has had with the chairman or board of the London Docklands development corporation concerning its response to the letter from Messrs. Robson Rhodes concerning its financial procedures.

§ Mr. Trippier
The Department has examined the issues identified by Messrs. Robson Rhodes following its 1985–86 external audit of the corporation and the LDDC board's response. I will make a statement shortly about the Department's conclusions.
