Mr. Darling

To ask the Secretary of State for Social Services (1) what estimate he has of the number of people who have savings of(a) £3,000 or more and (b) £6,000 or more for each parliamentary constituency;

(2) what estimate he has of the number of people who have savings of (a) £3,000 or over and (b) £6,000 or over for each DHSS office;

(3) what estimate he has of the number of people of pensionable age who have savings of (a) £3,000 or more and (b) £6,000 or more living in each of Scotland, England and Wales;

(4) what estimate he has of the number of people who have savings of (a) £3,000 or more and (b) £6,000 or more living in each of Scotland, England and Wales.
