§ Mr. NewtonWe have received representations about the delay in RHA funding for this scheme. It was one of a number considered by the RHA against its target of resettling a record level of 150 patients in the community in 1988–89. I understand that three schemes for Salford, Bolton and Manchester have been given priority for this year with other schemes including the Oldham home-making scheme remaining under consideration for funding in subsequent years.
