Mr. Fatchett

To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will list at 1988–89 prices his Department's(a) gross provision and (b) net provision for the Housing Corporation's approved development programme (i) to provide homes for rent, under conventional funding, (ii) to provide homes for rent, under mixed funding arrangements and (iii) to provide homes for sale; and if he will give this information for each year since 1978–79, together with an estimate for 1988–89.
