§ 50. Mr. Conway
To ask the Secretary of State for Transport when new coaches will be subject to speed limiters.

§ Mr. Peter Bottomley
The regulations will apply to coaches as shown in the following table:

I April 1974 to 31 March 1984 1 April 1991

1 April 1984 to 31 March 1989 1 April 1990
