§ Mr. Tom KingThe guidance to officers entitled "Professional Policing Ethics" has been incorporated in chapter 1 of the RUC manual which is issued to each member of the force. The Chief Constable has agreed that 259W this guidance should be publicly available. At his request, therefore, l have today placed a copy in the Library of both Houses and copies are available in the Vote Office.
