§ Mr. Donald ThompsonThere is no question of any premature termination of the Boxworth project. The five years of field work originally planned are scheduled to end with the 1988 harvest, but certain extensions have been agreed to enable further information to be obtained before final results are published. In the light of the interim reports, which have been published annually throughout the life of the project, we are already considering future research needs in this area and are in the process of inviting comments from interested organisations.
