§ Mr. DunnThe information is not available. Pupils in special schools are not included in the Department's annual sample survey of school leavers. Moreover, since 1983 pupils in England and Wales have not been classified in accordance with categories of handicap. My right hon. and learned Friend the Secretary of State for Scotland is responsible for special education in that area.
