§ Mr. MoynihanIn common with other contracting parties to the London dumping convention, the United Kingdom submitted to the October 1987 meeting a 445W response to a questionnaire on nuclear matters framed at the 1986 convention meeting. A copy of this questionnaire and the United Kingdom response have been placed in the Library. The response refers to a number of documents, including the "Report of the Independent Review of Disposal of Radioactive Waste in the North East Atlantic" (the Holliday report, 1984), and the "Assessment of Best Practicable Environmental Options (BPEOs) for Management of Low and Intermediate Level Solid Radioactive Waste" (DOE, 1986). Both of these documents are already in the Library.
