§ Mr. Peter MorrisonMy Department's energy efficiency office produces a range of publications which provide information to householders, including the elderly, on the cost-effective energy efficiency measures which they can take to improve their homes. Advice is also available to the public on the free Monergy hotline telephone service number 0800–234–800. In addition, the office supports the community insulation projects which provide a free or low-cost insulation service and advice for elderly and other householders on low incomes.
