§ Mr. SainsburyApproval for expenditure in the current year to fund the redundancy costs paid by dockyard contractors will be sought in a Winter Supplementary Estimate for class 1, vote 5. Pending approval of this Supplementary Estimate by Parliament, urgent expenditure will be met by a repayable advance from the Contingencies Fund.
