§ Mr. Norman LamontThe Chancellor has made clear that he will continue to pursue policies of tax reform and tax reduction aimed at sharpening incentives, stimulating enterprise and thus promoting sustained economic growth. The hon. Member will not expect me to comment on any specific measures in advance of the Chancellor's Budget statement.
