§ Mr. AtkinsInvestment by BSC at individual plants is a matter for the Corporation, subject to requirements for Government approval laid down under the Iron and Steel Act. BSC are continuing to invest in their Clydesdale plant as part of their overall programme of capital investment agreed with Government.
