Mr. John David Taylorasked the Secretary of State for Defence when the Royal Navy, through the Flag Officers Scotland and Northern Ireland, will arrange a meeting with the Northern Ireland fishing industry to discuss submarines in the Irish Sea, as was suggested in the letter of 15 April from his Department to the Northern Ireland Fish Producers Association Ltd.
