§ Mr. NichollsThe Government believe that a voluntary approach through encouragement and persuasion offers the best chance of success in this area. The Government will continue to promote good practice on the employment of people with disabilities through the disablement advisory service. Existing employment legislation offers resource in cases of unfair dismissal including those involving people with disabilities.
