§ Mr. ViggersIt is too early yet to say what measures if any might be taken, but it is a general rule that the Government do not compensate for losses caused by the weather. Nevertheless, my colleagues and I are looking at the nature of the circumstances surrounding the flooding emergency in Northern Ireland.
