§ Mr. LilleyThe inspectors appointed by the Bank of England under section 17 of the Banking Act 1979 have not yet completed their report. The findings contained in this report will be subject to Banking Act confidentiality requirements and it will be for the Bank of England to decide after consideration of the report what further action to take.
