§ Mr. Steenasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what steps he proposes to take at the expiry on 31 December of the agreement with United States Tobacco International Inc. with regard to the manufacture and sale of Skoal Bandits.
§ Mr. Michael ForsythThe Government are currently considering the existing voluntary agreement on the promotion of Skoal Bandits. Negotiations have taken place between officials of the Department of Health and Social Security and the company about revising the agreement, but matters have not yet been concluded.
