HC Deb 26 October 1987 vol 121 c196W
Mr. David Marshall

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will end as soon as possible the practice of his Department's medical appeals tribunals, covering mobility allowance appeals, of obliging claimants to walk up and down outside in public thoroughfares when assessing their walking ability.
