asked the Secretary for State of Scotland what advice he has received on the health problems brought about by homelessness or poor housing conditions, unemployment and deprivation in Scotland.

The report "Scottish Health Authorities Priorities for the Eighties"—the SHAPE report—submitted to my right hon. and learned Friend's predecessor in 1980, recommended that health hoards should include in their top priorities services for the multiple deprived.
