HC Deb 26 October 1987 vol 121 cc134-5W
Mr. Worthington

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland when the Scottish health authorities' review of priorities for the eighties and nineties will be published.

Mr. Michael Forsyth

This report was prepared by a working group set up by the Scottish Health Service Planning Council and is a working document at present under consideration by the planning council which is collecting views about its recommendations from the organisations from which council members are drawn. The council has sent out over 1,000 copies of the report to all health board members and senior officials, the Common Services Agency, Scottish Home and Health Department, the universities with medical faculties, the chief scientist and the Association of Scottish Local Health Councils and to all members of the national consultative committees and their sub-committees. Arrangements have been made to place copies in the Library of the House.
