§ Lord James Douglas-HamiltonI have already implemented a number of adjustments to the signing and road markings at the junctions which should greatly assist drivers and, as a result of discussions with the Tayside police, who have monitored the situation since the opening of the bypass, I have now decided to provide deceleration lanes at both of the staggered junctions. It is hoped that this work will be completed by Christmas.
