Member for Caithness and Sutherland, Official Report, 21 July, column 127, he will state what recent discussions there have been between Her Majesty's Government and officials of the European Commission on the Inshore Fishing (Prohibition of Carriage of Monofilament Gill Nets) (Scotland) Order 1986.
