§ Mr. Chris PattenSubject to Parliament's approval, the Government propose to contribute US $15 million (£9,252,510) to the fund. This will be 50 per cent. more842W than our contribution to the first replenishment. The replenishment will facilitate a lending programme of $132 million mainly to the poorer Caribbean countries during the years 1988 to 1991.
