§ Mrs. CurrieThe district general manager wrote to the Department on 15 October on behalf of Pontefract health authority seeking a meeting. However it is regional health authorities which are responsible for the distribution of resources to their districts and the line of accountability is from districts to regions. The Pontefract health authority has therefore been advised to discuss the matter with Yorkshire regional health authority.
