§ Mr. David MitchellSection 40 of the Channel Tunnel Act requires British Rail to prepare a plan by 31 December 1989 setting out their proposals for the dispersal of rail traffic through the tunnel. I understand that the board intends to consult widely during the preparation of this plan. I shall be taking an interest in progress in the course of my regular contacts with British Rail.
