§ Mr. RentonDuring 1987, 12 written representations, including one petition, concerning television licences have been received from pensioners' organisations (in five cases referred by hon. Members). On 11 March my hon. and learned Friend the Member for Putney (Mr. Mellor) the then Minister of State, discussed a number of matters including television licences with representations of Pensioners' Voice.
