To ask the Secretary of State for Wales (1) what information he has as to the number of annual meetings of parents of secondary school pupils in Wales at which a sufficient number of parents attended in order to constitute a quorum;

(2) what information he has as to how many parents of secondary school pupils attended the annual meeting of each secondary school in Wales held during the school year 1986–87.
