§ Mr. Douglas HoggVineyard proprietors with a justices' on-licence, authorising the sale and consumption of wine on the premises, would benefit from the revised licensing hours on weekdays provided by the Licensing Bill. We are not at present persuaded that the law should be relaxed further.
