§ Mr. Tom King[holding answer 16 November 1987]: Domestic accommodation is provided for some civil servants on detached duty in Northern Ireland and for Ministers and senior officials, in lieu of detached duty and subsistence allowances. The cost of this accommodation is not available separately and can only be extracted at disproportionate cost.
