§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeMy hon. Friend will be aware of the importance the Government attach to policy on the inner cities, and that many Departments have a part to play in it. My Department has a significant contribution to make and a lot of time and that of my colleagues in DTI is devoted to policy on the inner cities.
