The proceedings in this House have been reported in the parliamentary columns ofThe Times on two of those occasions: 9th July (remarks of Lord Hailsham of Saint Marylebone on a Statement on child abuse cases in Cleveland) and 16th July (remarks of Lord Young of Graffham repeating a Statement on the merger of British Airways and British Caledonian).
