§ Mr. MaudeWinding up orders were made against Charnley Davies Group Limited and 12 group companies on 9 June 1987. The Official Receiver submitted a preliminary notification of his investigations to my Department on 17 June 1987 and a first interim report on 20 August 1987. His investigations into the affairs of those companies are continuing in which he is co-operating with the Crown Prosecution Service and the West Yorkshire police who will decide on and have the conduct of any proceedings.
